At Lone Pine Gear Exchange, we want you to feel confident in your outdoor style and fit. If your gear isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn items with original tags within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your parcel.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items in their original packaging and drop the box off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned gear, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
